Your experience begins with creating your customized order. Choose between our luxury fabric collections and signature designs to create a unique experience for your guests. With thousands of combinations of invitations alone, your customization's will create something unique to you and your event. Simply select the customization's in the product page of your choosing to complete your order. Wow your guests with these one of a kind invitations that they will want to hold on to.
CONSULT WITH YOUR DESIGNER
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Your HOUSE OF ENDI designer will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the customized verbiage you would like for each of the components you ordered. You have the opportunity to consult with your designer if needed. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included with the price of your order. Any additional revisions will be a minimum of $50.
You will receive a presentation of your customized order within 1-4 days of receiving your verbiage. Any small changes that need to be made can be communicated with your HOUSE OF ENDI designer. Following your approval of final design, your order goes to production!
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Confirmation of shipment will be emailed to you when your order is complete. Orders will be shipped flat packed and if you opted out of our white-glove service, they will require some assembly. Ribbon and Twine purchases may ship separately from printed items.
Skip assembling and mailing your invitations yourself! If you prefer HOUSE OF ENDI handle the final mile for you, we will happily assemble your invitations. (link to white glove service).
